Pamela Ryczko
Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor
Hello! My name is Pamela and I have been a certified Group Fitness and Aquatic instructor since 2010.  I completed my Personal Training in 2012 and recently completed a Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification in 2021.

My fitness journey started after having children and being extremely over weight and unhappy. I tried many fad diet and the more I deprived, the more I gained and the more miserable I became. I decided to try working with a personal trainer. I lost almost 100 pounds with proper diet and nutrition in a year!

I recently had a Total Knee Replacement in 2021 from a bad injury when I played women's tackle football. That led me to an interest in impaired movement and to pursue more education as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. I can work in conjunction with physical therapy for pre and post surgical orthopedics as well as with the general population to assess posture and help individuals move better and reduce occurrence of injuries. I can also provide pool options for those with osteoporosis, unstable joints or balance concerns.
