What is Foot Reflexology?
Reflexology is a simple, non-invasive method to help balance the body. It is based on the theory that there are reflex points in the hands and feet which are linked to every organ, gland and part of the body. Through proper manipulation of these reflex points, the body's nervous system naturally shifts into a parasympathetic state.

What are the benefits?
Reflexology can address anything from headaches to sinus problems to stomach issues. If sensitivity or tenderness is experienced when an area is stimulated, it usually indicates bodily weaknesses or imbalances within the corresponding organ.
With repeated pressure and manipulation of nerve endings, reflexology can help to clear any channels of blocked energy. It is said to do so through moving the flow of blood, nutrients and nerve impulses. This ultimately improves overall health and balance.

What to expect from a session?
You will be lying down, clothed (shoes and socks removed). Pressure will be applied to your feet through specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of lubricants or tools.
