Del Webb Ponte Vedra offers a variety of social events and activities for residents and guests centered in a 38,000 sq. ft. clubhouse.
Indoor Pool
Our indoor pool offers a variety of aqua classes in addition to a robust Water Volleyball Club. Swim lanes and dividers allow residents to also use the pool for laps.
Outdoor Pool and Spa
We offer a beautiful 7,500 square foot zero-entry pool with deck seating so residents can enjoy the outdoors. In addition, our outdoor spa overlooks both the pool and a pond.

Fitness Center
Our state-of-the art Fitness Center is equipped with a wide variety of cardio, strength machines, free weights, TRX resistance straps, flexibility machines and functional exercise equipment for all fitness levels and abilities. Residents are also able to access personal trainers for a nominal fee.

Magnolia Movement Studio
The Movement Studio is where 30 group fitness classes are offered. We have a wide variety of classes including strength, stretch, Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga and high intensity fitness.

Royal Palm Ballroom
The Ballroom is where HOA and Club events are hosted. It includes a stage and professional level audio visual equipment. Moveable walls allow the space to be sectioned off for smaller use such as cards or other club activities. (Spanish Halls 1,2 and 3)

Arts and Crafts Room
The Arts & Crafts room is used for the art related clubs and small meetings. It includes a working kiln.
Party Pavilion
Many residents and their guests take advantage of the 1,200 square foot outdoor Party Pavilion which is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and table seating.
Catering Kitchen
This commercial kitchen is regularly used by the Sawgrass Cafe and Chartered Clubs for their monthly activities and catering events. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances for cooking and baking needs.
Garden Center
The community offers an amazing Garden Center which is located in Central Park. It is home to the Garden Club which offers residents the opportunity o lease a small plot to grow vegetables or flowers.
Pickleball Courts
There are eight pickleball courts that individual residents and clubs are able to use.
Tennis Courts
The community has four hard tennis courts and two clay courts for clubs and individual residents to enjoy.
Clay Tennis Courts
Reduce your risk of injury, enjoy cooler surface temperatures and develop a more well-rounded game on our two HAR-TRU courts.
Bocce Courts
Both the Bocce Ball Club and individual residents enjoy 6 bocce courts with an adjacent pavilion.
Putting Green
There is an outdoor putting green for use by residents and their guests.
Horseshoe Pits
The community offers two horseshoe pits for resident enjoyment.
Ponds
There are 58 ponds and 20 fountains throughout the community which add to the beauty and enjoyment for residents.
Central Park
Many residents enjoy Central Park which is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy nature or take a pet for a walk over the bridge and around the park.
Walking Paths
The community includes more than 1,000 acres of land with a number of paths for walking, biking and golf carts.
Sauna and Steam Rooms
Residents are able to enjoy either sauna or steam rooms.
Sandcastle Spa
The Sandcastle spa offers massage therapy treatments to provide relaxation and wellness benefits.
Locker Rooms/ Shower
Spacious locker rooms are provided including showers.
Clubs and Interest Groups
The community boasts 47 clubs and interest groups including chess, softball, automotive, sausage making, bridge, poker, bourbon, wine, photography, mindfulness, performing arts, singles and friends and dance.

The community has access to a more advanced technology fiber optic network to provide residents with an option for purchasing internet,TV, streaming and phone service.
