Fining and Suspension (FSC)

The Fining and Suspension Committee is a statutory committee and serves as the hearing tribunal of the Association for approving or disapproving fines and/or suspension of use rights penalties recommended by the Board of Directors for violations of the Declaration, By-laws, Design Guidelines, Policies, and Rules and Regulations.
