There is a class for every level, ability and personality.
 
 
 
How can I participate?
All classes require a Group Fitness Punch Card to participate. The Group Fitness Punch Card provides you access to 20 Group Fitness classes. Classes are one punch each unless otherwise stated in the description of the class.
 
First time attending a class?
If so, it's free! We encourage you to test out each class to find what you enjoy - at no cost! Additional participation in the class will require a Group Fitness Punch Card.
 
How do I purchase a Group Fitness Punch Card?
Stop by Resident Services to purchase your punch card today. For your protection, it is recommended that you write your name on the front of your card, as lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Punch cards are $68 each and give you access to 20 classes.
 
How do I sign up for a Group Fitness Class?
Reservations can be made through Signup Genius...  Click HERE to make a reservation.
The Instructor will check in attendees prior to the class by having residents sign-in and get their fitness card punched.
 
Workout to WIN!
Once your Group Fitness Punch Card has been fully used, be sure to turn your card into Resident Services to be entered into a drawing to win a FREE group fitness class card! Your first and last name must be written clearly on the card in order to be entered into the drawing.

Aqua High Fitness

This class transforms old school aerobics into a new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques with music you know and love. This results in a high energy, INTENSE and crazy fun workout that is all done in the water.

Aqua Fit

A water aerobics class designed to increase flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance! A wide variety of aquatic resistance equipment such as weights or noodles are used.

Aqua Power Up

This 55 minute music inspired class is geared for all fitness levels with a focus on cardiovascular conditioning. A wide variety of aquatic resistance equipment is used to target and focus on individual muscle groups to help you reach your fitness best in a low impact setting. 

Balance & Core

Balance & Core is a 45-minute functional, low-impact workout designed to improve stability, posture, and coordination by strengthening the abdominal, back, and hip muscles. The class will offer a mix of standing balance, floor-based core exercises, and flexibility training.

Body Blast

A fun combination of low impact aerobics, dumbbells, steppers and body weight exercises to great music that will get your heart pumping and muscles working!
 

Strength and Stretch

This low/no impact class is just what the doctor ordered to help you tone, tighten and reduce your risk of osteoporosis! Class is a balanced fitness session that combines resistance exercises to build muscle and endurance with flexibility-focused movements to improve range of motion and relieve tension. These classes typically start with a warm-up, include a variety of exercises for major muscle groups using bodyweight or equipment, and conclude with deep stretches. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

Total Body Movement

A full body workout that helps to strengthen and condition your body, improves balance, coordination, and stamina. Work your core and increase your mobility while burning a few calories along the way!
 

Circuit Complete

Timed Circuits create intervals that shock your body into getting huge results in a fraction of the time. Rev up your metabolism and burn more calories throughout the day. You'll love this easy to follow workout! This class includes floor work.
 

Chair Yoga

Caters to those who find it difficult to get up and down from the floor. Yoga improves posture and range of motion, relieves stress, improves mental clarity and function, improves foot health, increases lung capacity and decreases back pain.
 

Functional Stretch

A class for all levels that focuses on allowing your muscles to relax and lengthen. The class is focused predominately on stretching and releasing tight muscles and tendons that will increase your flexibility, muscular balance, and reduce your risk of injury.
 

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing yoga class allowing every student to move safely into each pose, with sufficient time to employ props and make adjustments.    

Rocking Robics Fitness

Dance your way to fitness with songs from various decades and around the globe. You will recognize lots of the music, and are invited to sing along.  We include oldies that you know, as well as new music that you AND your grandkids will recognize. You don't need to be a dancer - you just need to be able to smile and have a good time!                         

Hatha Yoga

A physical practice of yoga postures to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation. Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
 

HIGH Fitness

High Fitness classes take old school aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as HIIT training, plyometrics, intervals of strength and cardio, and more. All exercises can be modified to cater to each individual and their fitness level and abilities.
 

Pilates

A low impact Pilates class focusing on strengthening your "powerhouse" otherwise known as your core and creating mind body awareness. Your powerhouse is the center of your body in which all movement originates from. This class is designed to build abdominal strength, create long lean muscles throughout the body, improve posture, flexibility, balance, and endurance.
 

Sculpt Up

Non-impact class that uses hand weights and other studio equipment to condition and sculpt all body parts. . Class will begin with an allover body warm up that is easy to follow. We then move on to compound exercises (big muscle groups) followed by upper body and isolation exercises. Ending with a series of stretching. Similar to Body Blast (no step platform is used in this class)

Small Group Training

Workout with a Personal Trainer in a small group setting.  Tuesday's /Thursday's | 8:30am - 9:30am | Fitness Center
Every class is different and incorporates a variety of equipment for the moderate to high-level fitness enthusiast.A combination of cardio and strength training using TRX, dumbbells, steppers, resistance bands, machines and more...

Small Group Punch Cards: When a punch card is full (all 10 punches are used), the resident can get a new one. Registration is not required monthly, but is needed when obtaining a new card. 
  • Punch cards (10 punches) per card for only $120.00.
  • Cards expire 6 months from date of purchase.
  • Punch Cards specifically tailored for small group sessions can be purchased at Resident Services desk. Please indicate “Small Group Punch Card"
REWARD PROGRAM: Be sure to return your fully punched card to resident services. This is a chance to be entered in year-end prize drawing for one (1) 30-minute complementary Personal Training session & one (1) complimentary punch card.
Residents must register and pay in advance before taking class. You may register at Resident Services desk.
 
 
 

Step & Sculpt

This low impact class uses a step platform for cardio training along with strength, balance and core work. Finish with a relaxing stretch.
 

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle, low impact exercise system, soothing for the joints, great for arthritis, respiratory problems and stress management; as well as increasing better balance, flexibility and health. 
 
 

Water Tabata

Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of" high intensity" interval training. Mixing this format with the properties of water through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises. Lots of fun!
