This year we will be hosting a Casino themed New Years Eve Celebration.
New Year's Eve 2027 is coming to the Clubhouse! We are hosting a "Progressive Style" Casino Night from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Why "Progressive Style"? Past events show most residents prefer a 3-hour experience. This progressive format allows everyone to celebrate on their own terms. It will be quieter for our early birds, so you can come early for a relaxed vibe or stay to party late into the evening! It is also the perfect setup for those who have additional local party plans.
The Evening Lineup 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Cocktail Hour with Classical Lobby Music. Buffet features charcuterie and appetizers. 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Jazz, Motown, Nostalgia, and Blues. Buffet shifts to salads and pastas (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM), followed by Dinner and Dessert (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM). 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM: High-energy Party Band playing Dance, Pop, and Funk.
Ticket Details: Every ticket includes food, live entertainment, dedicated casino play, staff expenses, two drinks, and one champagne split.
